Yes! If you sign up for the My Office plan, which offers rooms for exclusive use, you will have the key to your office and also the access key to the TiliT entrance. Our team will not be present outside business hours, but you will be able to use your room whenever you need (24 x 7).

No. For the greatest comfort of our customers, we have a cleaning team that carries out daily cleaning not only in common areas, but in each TiliT office. The team collects cups and glasses, changes the trash, mops the furniture and vacuums the floor. For safety reasons, the cleaning team does not organize personal items in the office. If you prefer to carry out your own cleaning, simply let us know.v

Yes! We have bilingual secretaries prepared to answer calls in Portuguese, English or Spanish, languages widely used by people of different nationalities. In the rare case of customers who are unable to communicate in any of these languages, the contact number will be recorded and informed immediately so that you can respond appropriately.

We always recommend confirming with the client the number of people who will be present at the meeting, letting them know that the reserved room will be for a certain number of people. When sending the meeting reminder, reinforce the information. But if more people still show up, it will be possible to check if there is a larger room available at the moment. If larger rooms are not available, we recommend rescheduling the meeting to ensure your client's comfort.
